How to make a private label bag in China

1, Sourcing a bag manufacturer in China

The factory is better to have their own design team and also have the sample room, which will make the whole procedure more controllable;

2, Design your own brand logo

Brand logo is the icon of your bag, send us the vector file of your brand, better in .PDF, .PNG, or. AI;

3, Send us your bag designs and measurements

You can ask your designers to prepare the sketches/teck packs for the bags you want to develop; and if you are a new starter Or without your own designers, we can help you on this:  Just send us the photos/ Images of the bag, tell us the approximate measurements for the bag, And how you want inside to be, and then our designers will make out mock ups for your approval;

4, Choose the Material

If you want to use the Patterned materials, you can send us the artwork for the pattern with measurements, Or you can send us the pictures of the material which you want to looks like, then our designers will send you proposals of the material swatch or the artworks of your request for approval;

5, Sample Confirmation and Bulk production

When we make out the samples, will send the samples for your approval, If everything is confirmed, then we will move o the bulk production. Normally we can accept MOQ 100pcs for one color, and of course, the bigger of the quantity, the less of the price..

6, Payment methods

We can accept the payment through T/T, and for small amounts, we can also accept Paypal, West union;

7, Shipment method
