Our customers often have a question, can your bulk orders be exactly the same as the samples, will there be differences in quality, how to control? At the same time, you are responsible for so many orders, how can you ensure that the quality of each order is guaranteed. With these questions, we have put together a general production process of our factory, hope to give you some reference.

In fact, for the factory, ensuring the correctness of production is one of the most important prerequisites for us to be able to have profit. Any mistake or retretments also means that the order is definitely a loss, so for the production process, we must be strictly controlled, through a good process to avoid mistakes, rather than rely on a person to stare, follow the system is a proven path we have worked out in a long time practise.

1、After receiving the customer's confirmation, we will take out the keep sample, compare with the customer's approval comments, organize the production department to have a pre-production meeting, do pre-production verification, and do the corresponding functional testing.
2、Check the cardboard with the confirmation sample to ensure that the size, positioning points, joints and other details are consistent with the confirmation sample
3, Make a detailed production process sheet according to the confirmation sample, distributed to the assembly line, make sure everybody knows how to do to avoid errors in the production line. Although quality is what you make it , But it is more important to do a good analysis and prevent in advance.
4、After the materials/accessories required for the bulk production arrive at the factory, we need to check with the confirmation samples to see if they are the same, and do the corresponding functional tests. At the same time, we need to do pre-production sealing sample, to ensure that the pre-production sealing sample is consistent with the confirmation sample, then we can arrange the bulk production.
5,In the production process, the cofirmation samples flow with the production process on the assembly line to ensure that the confirmation samples are in the same step as of production, which is convenient for timely inspection.
6、After each process, we need to arrange the in produciton control, after passing then into the next production process.
7、After the whole bag is finished, the factory will arrange Final Quality Control to ensure the quality of the handbag has no problems, then enter the packaging process. When finished packing, then we will infrom our customer to arrange final inspection;
8, the customer final AQL inspection: according to the standard selection of a certain amount cartons, checking outer carton marking/measurements, packaging, product quality/appearance etc, to see if reach the AQL standards.

We all know that quality is made and not inspected, but each step of the inspection ensures that problems are found in a timely manner, which also ensures that the quality of the bulk order can be controlled. Through the above process, we not only ensure the quality and correctness of the bags, but also make the efficiency much higher.
